In Srishti, we design new protocols for ovarian stimulation. We closely follow the principles of iCOS (Individualized Controlled Ovarian Stimulation). We understand that every patient is different, and ‘The One Size Fits All’ policy may not work well in Reproductive Medicine. So, a meticulous treatment plan is formulated for each patient depending on their blood AMH levels, their antral follicular counts on a sonography and age.

The Perinatology unit of Srishti Hospital functions as a tertiary care high-risk referral center, servicing a wide area of Pondicherry, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.
Pregnancies complicated by maternal medical problems, fetal problems and pregnancy-induced complications require a dedicated team of professionals to monitor, assess and cope with these special problems. Teams comprising of obstetric perinatologist, ultrasonologists, fetal care specialists and neonatologists are available round the clock. These core teams are supported by highly trained cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, pulmonologists, nephrologists and urologists. Complete support facilities for prenatal assessment, monitoring of high-risk pregnancies, detection of fetal anomalies, fetal procedures, intrapartum monitoring, neonatal intensive care, and newborn procedures are available.
The unit has a track record of having dealt with numerous challenging clinical situations, with very good maternal and fetal outcome. Procedures such as fetal reduction for multiple gestation, amniocentesis and blood sampling are performed by experienced professionals.
